This study determined the extent to which anti-bullying and gender sensitivity strategies were integrated through Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health (MAPEH) activities in selected public secondary schools in the Schools Division of Albay. It also examined differences in the assessments of school heads, teachers, and School Parent-Teachers Association representatives, identified helping factors and barriers, and developed a practical teacher guide. A descriptive-survey design was employed with 96 respondents composed of six school heads, 60 teachers, and 30 parent representatives from the Camalig, Guinobatan, and Jovellar districts. Data were collected through a validated questionnaire-checklist supported by informal interviews, observations, and documentary or library review. Weighted mean and the Kruskal-Wallis H test were used for analysis. Anti-bullying strategies were very much implemented in Physical Education (M = 4.62) and much implemented in Music (M = 4.02), Arts (M = 3.98), and Health (M = 4.09). Gender sensitivity strategies were very much implemented in Arts (M = 4.25) and much implemented in Music (M = 4.03), Physical Education (M = 3.90), and Health (M = 4.06). Assessments differed significantly for anti-bullying strategies in Physical Education (H = 15.58) and for gender sensitivity strategies in Arts (H = 10.47), Physical Education (H = 25.76), and Health (H = 10.60). Supportive teachers, families, communities, inclusive activities, and positive school rules facilitated implementation, whereas inconsistent enforcement, limited training and resources, stakeholder resistance, and gender stereotypes created barriers. The findings informed the Simplified MAPEH Anti-Bullying and Gender Sensitivity Teacher’s Guide to promote safer, more inclusive, and gender-responsive learning environments.
