This study aims to determine the employability and curriculum relevance of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) graduates of PHINMA UPang College Urdaneta from 2022 to 2025 by examining employment status, job alignment, skills utilization, and curriculum relevance in relation to their current professions. It also assesses whether the competencies acquired during academic preparation meet industry demands. A descriptive quantitative research design will be used through a tracer study survey of BSCS graduates. The survey will gather data on demographic profiles, employment information, waiting time for employment, job relevance to degree, and feedback on curriculum effectiveness. These data will be used to examine the relationship between employment outcomes and curriculum relevance. Frequency counts, percentages, and weighted means will be used to analyze the data. The findings of the study are expected to inform curriculum enhancement, program development, and institutional planning. The results also help strengthen industry alignment and improve the employability of future BSCS graduates by linking curriculum relevance to employment outcomes.
