This study investigates the challenges and opportunities perceived by the learners, teachers, and stakeholders in the implementation of the Rural Farm School Program in Sta. Ines Integrated High School. Using the weighted mean of the responses of the learners, teachers, and stakeholders undergoes quantitative analysis, the research identified the key challenges in the implementation of this program. The main concern of the learners is the challenges in safety and environmental conditions; for teachers, it is the training support, while the stakeholders' main challenge is their perceptions and contribution to this program. On the other hand, the study identified key opportunities as perceived by the learners, teachers, and stakeholders in the implementation of this program: for learners, it is the opportunity for livelihood and entrepreneurial development; for teachers, it is the opportunity to collaborate with different subject areas on the integration of farm-based activities, while for stakeholders, it is the opportunity for community development. The perceived challenges and opportunities of the participants contributed to the development of Project GULAY (Growing and Utilizing Livelihood and Agricultural Yields), a structured action plan towards a sustainable Rural Farm School Program. The findings emphasize the importance of school-stakeholders-LGU collaboration in addressing the challenges and strengthening the opportunities of this program. This research offers practical recommendations to sustain the implementation of the Rural Farm School Program.
