Abstract

This action research determined the impact of OPTIMISM (Optimum Professional Development for Teachers, through Instructional Mentoring and Coaching and Innovative Strategic Management), a Community of Practice, on teachers’ performance as reflected in the quantitative comparative analysis results of Classroom Observation Tools (COTs) and learners’ academic achievement rates in distance learning in Burol Elementary School.
